ERS15011245 - The 358 six-rowed spring barleys were selected from the Federal Ex-situ Gene Bank hosted at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK). Barley grains were germinated in a 96-well planting tray for 2 weeks, vernalized at 4 degree C for four weeks, acclimatized at 15°C for a week, and finally transplanted into 9 cm square pots until maturity. D6S population screening was conducted under controlled greenhouse conditions (photoperiod: 16h / 8h, light / dark; temperature: 20 degree C / 16degree C, light / dark) at winter season between 2019. | seqout
