ERS13597253 - Individual plants were grown in a nethouse. Leaf segments (each approximately 5 cm in length and 0.5 to 0.8 cm in width) were collected before 11:00 AM and set in 96-well polypropylene plate containing two stainless steel beads (1X3 mm + 1X5mm). The leaf were samples dried using lyophilizer and grinded. DNA extraction was performed using CTAB DNA Extraction Protocol (double chloroform). Each sample was checked for quantity and quality using PicoGreen, nanodrop and gel-elctrophoresis, respectively. | seqout
